Our Portfolio

We have completed many Site Carpentry Contracts and have worked in the past and/or present for major house builders such as Redrow Homes, Linden Homes (previously Midas Homes), Millwood Homes and Devonshire Homes. We have also completed Contracts for smaller local Contractors.

Our past Contracts include all the Carpentry work on sites of eighty nine dwellings at Brixham (Phase One) and ninety dwellings (Phase Two), fifty four dwellings at Hatherleigh, twelve dwellings at Tavistock, fourteen dwellings at Buckfastleigh, two office blocks at Newton Abbot, seventy four dwellings at Kingsbridge and ninety dwellings (Phase One) at Newton Abbot. Other developments include Tiverton, Shaldon, Exeter, Yeovil, Weston-Super-Mare and Taunton.

We were awarded an NHBC Pride in the Job and Quality award with Devonshire Homes for the work carried out on the Oyster Catcher Court site in Shaldon.

Currently, our projects include forty nine dwellings at Cullompton, twelve flats and 10 houses at Brixham (Phase 5), forty three dwellings at Stoke Gabriel, a development in Exeter which is part new build and part renovation, one in Northam and also one in Tiverton.

We are able to erect timber frame units, having done so in the past and offer a kitchen and bedroom fitting service.

We currently appoint a company called SSG Training and Consultancy, to assist us with any Health and Safety issues. We have produced a Health and Safety Policy which can be provided upon request. For our current work, we have produced method statements and have carried out a full set of site specific risk assessments along with generic risk assessments. We also have COSHH Assessments.

We have recently been awarded the SMAS Worksafe Contractor Membership for our Health and Safety

We have got combined Employers and Public Liability Insurance. We have £10,000,000 Employers’ Liability and £5,000,000 Public and Products Liability. A copy of our Policy Schedule and the Certificate of Employers’ Liability Insurance can be provided if required.
